EriRide Privacy Policy

EriRide is a community ridesharing platform connecting Ericeira and Lisbon. You can reach us by contacting us via our feedback form.

• Name and email address via Google Sign-In
• WhatsApp number (optional, only if you provide it)
• Ride and search posts you create
• Messages sent through the contact form

• To allow you to post and find rides
• To send contact messages between users
• To calculate your Ericoins balance

• Your first name is visible on your ride posts
• Your email is never displayed publicly
• Your WhatsApp number is only shared if you explicitly opt in

• Active account data: as long as your account exists
• Deleted accounts: personal data anonymised immediately, retained in anonymised form for up to 30 days for security and legal compliance purposes
• Ride history: kept in anonymised form indefinitely for platform statistics

You can delete your account and rides at any time from your profile page. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us via our feedback form. You have the right to object to processing by contacting us.
